Q: What kind of Thermos do Gretchen's boys use in high school for the meat and rice?
A: They use this thermos, which we love because it's collapsible. Pair it with this lunch bag that keeps food and drinks cold for up to 10 hours without a need for an ice pack. Simply store the bag in freezer until ready to pack.
Q: What lasers/facials/injectables do you get (if any!)?
A: We have not done any lasers yet. Only botox and facials. Allison and Laura love a hydrafacial. All 3 of us do botox/Dysport/Xeomin. We have not done any fillers yet.
Q: Have you tried the Korean face masks that go on white and dry clear overnight?
A: No, we have not!
Q: What color is Allison's green bookshelf?
A: "Florida Keys Blue" by Benjamin Moore!
Q: Can you recommend a good tinted moisturizer with SPF?
A: Laura loves this one from M-61. It is light and perfect for day. It provides just enough coverage, is hydrating and has a lovely mint scent that feels so fresh. Gretchen and Allison like this one, which provides more coverage and can go from day to night.
Q: What did you study in college?
A: Laura was an English/Lit major with a Spanish Minor; Gretchen was a Communications Major with a Public Relations Minor; Allison Communications Major with a Spanish and Journalism Minor.
Q: Where are you all originally from?
A: Allison is from Dallas, Texas and Santa Fe, New Mexico; Gretchen is from South Bend, Indiana; Laura is from Evanston, Illinois.
Q: Looking for a cowboy/western-ish boot under $300.
A: These ones are $345 but we love them and they are classic. They come in many colors/color combos but the "Caramel" is classic and our favorite. You'll be surprised how much you will use cowboy boots! If you want something a little more subtle and shorter, these are great and so are these! Here's another taller pair that are not the classic western look.
Q: Have you found a good barrel jean yet?
A: We have not!
Q: Any regrets in your life?
Allison: I have two...1) not studying abroad while in college. And 2) Not living in NYC with friends for a year after graduating college.
Gretchen: Yes, staying with a high school boyfriend too long.
Laura: None! No regrets!
Q: How do you handle social media exhaustion?
A: Posting and keeping up with instagram/social media is a huge part of our job and we had to find a balance with it. Since there are 3 of us - it helps as one person can post for the day and monitor dms while the other two handle personal/home/kid life and get to recharge. We all take turns so there is no burnout happening. We are also always in communication about our social accounts and who is doing what. Other small things that can make a big difference is making sure to put your phone DOWN and be present with your family, friends or go outside, etc. Laura sets her phone down at 9 pm and doesn't look at it again until the following morning so she sets that boundary - it also helps her to wind down and have a good night's sleep. Boundaries and communication, basically!
