Allison claims to make the perfect margarita. We prefer our margaritas tart, not sweet. If that’s your thing, sweeten it up of course with a splash of agave nectar or simple syrup.
Like our whiskey “Gold Rush” cocktail, this cocktail is better with egg white...Gretchen may or may not agree with that. For the record, she drank every drop when she first tried it!
The JTI Perfect Margarita
-3 ounces tequila (use your favorite Blanco)
-2 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice
-1 ounce fresh orange juice
-1 tablespoon egg white
-splash of Topo Chico
-Tajín
Add all ingredients with the exception of Topo Chico and Tajín into a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds. Strain into 2-3 glasses full of ice. Top with Topo Chico and then Tajín.

It’s so simple you won’t believe it and you’ll most likely have these two ingredients on hand.
The JTI Pink Dip
-one part Greek Yogurt
-one part your favorite salsa
*JTI pro tip...add a little salt and/or a shake of your favorite hot sauce if you like more heat.
**Indulging? Ditch the Greek yogurt for full fat sour cream.
